Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Glebe House, a modern 40-bed care home in Southbourne, near Chichester. As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our service users. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
