Responsibilities

  • Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
