Shaw healthcare is looking for a Domestic Assistant who is ready to make a positive impact at West View Integrated Care Centre, in Tenterden. The facility specialises in dementia, residential, and respite care, providing a safe and supportive environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms including furnishings in assigned work areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care
- Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families and colleagues, with good interpersonal and working relationship skills
- Work without direct supervision
- Use a variety of cleaning products paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products
- Work on own initiative and maintain high level of hygiene within the home
