Responsibilities
- You will build strong relationships with service users, their families and friends, keeping health professionals well‑informed and the Line Manager updated on residents’ needs and progress.
- You will follow guidelines and policies, write care plans, and work as part of a team that delivers the highest standard of care.
Qualifications and Experience
- You will have previous experience working with older people in residential care.
- You should be flexible, patient, caring, organised and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent, completed or in progress) is required.
