Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitising rooms, including furnishings in assigned work areas. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness, minimising disruption to services and users.

Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families, and colleagues; demonstrate good interpersonal and working relationship skills. Demonstrate the ability to work without direct supervision.

Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products. Work on own initiative and maintain a high level of hygiene within the home. Utilise the latest care technology to spend more time with the service users.

We will provide full training, including a leadership programme to support development and progression within Shaw. No prior experience or qualifications are required.
