The Bank Residential Team Leader role at The Martlets involves maintaining high standards of person-centred care and supporting the team to uphold those standards in everything they do.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice
  • Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures
  • Report changes in residents' needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working with older people in residential care
  • You will have completed or be working towards your NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organised and great with people
  • Ability to lead a team and use own initiative

Shift Times: As/when needed in the service - 12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00)
