Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitising rooms, including furnishings in assigned work areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness with minimal disruption to service users and their care. You will communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families, and colleagues; good interpersonal and working relationship skills are essential. You will work without direct supervision and use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH-regulated products. It is important to work on your own initiative and maintain a high level of hygiene within the home.
About the Role: Shaw healthcare is looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant to join the team in Cartref. You will work as part of a great team and make a difference to our residents by providing an excellent standard of service within the home.
Training and Development: We will provide you with full training, including our leadership programme which can support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw. You don’t need previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we are happy to work with you to help you become an excellent member of our team.
