We are looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant to join our team at Leadon Bank in Ledbury. Our team is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our residents, delivering high standards of care using the latest care technology, and ensuring our residents receive the same care we would want for our own families.
This role offers an opportunity to work within our nursing, dementia, and residential home environments as part of our domestic team. You will contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment, supporting the wellbeing of our residents.
Main Responsibilities:- Cleaning and sanitizing rooms and furnishings in designated areas
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and tidiness with minimal disruption
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Using various cleaning products, including COSHH regulated substances
- Upholding high hygiene standards within the home
We provide comprehensive training, including leadership development programs, to support your career growth within Shaw. Previous experience or qualifications are not required—we are eager to work with you to develop your skills.
Salary: £12.00 per hour
Working Hours: Bank 0-hour contract, as and when required
