Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Bank Chef to join The Grove team. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a difference in the lives of those we care for. Our goal is to deliver the highest standard of care, ensuring our service users receive the same quality of care we would want for our own families. The Grove has an excellent reputation as a highly valued care provider, with residents\’ needs at the heart of everything we do.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, cooking, and serving meals for residents and others as required, in a timely manner.
• Catering to diverse dietary needs and cultural preferences.
• Providing catering for celebrations and events within the home.
• Ordering supplies within the catering budget and company policies, using approved suppliers when the senior cook is unavailable.
• Maintaining accurate catering records in accordance with HACCP standards.
• Participating in inspections by Environmental Health, care regulators, and local authorities.
• Ensuring high hygiene standards in the kitchen by following HACCP and COSHH guidelines.
• Supporting a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to Health & Safety policies.
