Hillside Lodge offers a range of services to support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, including 24-hour nursing care.

Job Responsibilities
- As an Activity Champion, you will be responsible for organising and facilitating a diverse range of stimulating and engaging activities for our residents.
- To formulate an activity profile for each individual service user through liaison with care staff, in line with their abilities and preferences.
- To enhance the overall wellbeing of residents by understanding their likes, interests and needs.
- To ensure the safe and proper use of all equipment.
- To maintain accurate and legible records in respect of service usersβ activities.
- To liaise with the senior nurse on duty with regard to outings.
- To research all prospective outings in respect of access and toileting facilities.
- To liaise with senior care assistants in respect of relative medical or nursing care information regarding service users.
