You will assist with fundraising events, build relationships with residents and their families, and act in accordance with the home\’s policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Develop activity plans tailored to each resident in collaboration with care staff Ensure the safe use of all equipment Maintain accurate records of activities Coordinate outings with the senior nurse Research accessibility and facilities for outings Communicate with senior care staff regarding residents\’ medical and care needs We provide comprehensive training, including leadership development programs to support your growth within Shaw.
