Location: Ashfield Avenue, Raunds, Northamptonshire NN9 6DX

Salary: £13.57 per hour

Hours: 30 hours a week

Shift Times: 20:00pm - 08:00am

Ashfield House is a 40 bed residential care home for older people who are physically frail and for those with dementia, care can be arranged for long term or respite situations. A purpose-built care home designed to facilitate the provision of high quality, person-centred care.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:

  • Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
