Responsibilities
- Promote physical and emotional support to service users.
- Provide person‑centred care in line with an individual's care plan.
- Offer personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Collaborate as part of a team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
- Maintain a safe, happy and caring environment.
- No prior experience required – values and behaviours are valued over background. Full training, ongoing support and development opportunities will be provided.
