As a Support Worker you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our service users. You will assist them with washing, dressing, and promote their independence where possible.

You will use the latest care technology to spend more time caring for service users and will attend full training, which includes a leadership programme that supports your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw.
We pay significantly above the Government National Minimum Wage as a Real Living Wage Employer.
