Shift Times: (Days - 07:15-14:45 and 14:15 - 21:45) (Nights - 21:30 - 07:30)
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at The Grove. The Grove is a 30-bed care home located in Ystradgynlais, near Swansea, specialising in residential care. The facility is set within extensive, landscaped gardens, providing a serene environment for residents.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
