Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Lancum House. Lancum House is a purpose built 43 bed residential care home providing care for older people including people with dementia, situated in Wellingborough, Northants.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
