Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Team Leader who is ready to make a positive impact at Ty Cwm, situated in Carmarthen. Ty Cwm is a 20 bedded purpose built nursing service for people with physical disabilities and complex health care conditions based just outside Carmarthen in Johnstown. The service is based over 2 floors with bedrooms on each floor accessed by a large lift, communal lounges, hydro bubble baths, sensory.
Salary: £14.98 per hour
Hours: 24 hour - mix of day and night shifts
Shift Times: (Days - 07:00-21:30) (Nights - 21:00-07:00)
