Salary: £14.92 - £15.40 per hour

Hours: 30 hours a week. Required to work alternative weekends.

Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring Residential Team Leader to make a positive impact at Leadon Bank, situated in Ledbury. The purpose-built service provides residential and nursing care for older people with physical frailty and those living with dementia.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead by example, providing guidance and support on shift to promote best practice
  • Administer and record medication safely in line with Shaw policies and procedures
  • Report changes in residents' needs or well-being promptly to the Line Manager
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date care plans and documentation

Qualifications And Experience

  • Experience working with older people in residential care
  • Completed or working towards an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Flexible, patient, caring, organised, and great with people
  • Ability to lead a team and use own initiative
