Hours: (Days- 14, 17.5, 24.5, 24.5) (Nights - 35, 35)

Shift Times: (Days - 07:15-14:45 and 14:15 - 21:45) (Nights - 21:30 - 07:30)

The Grove is a 30-bed care home located in Ystradgynlais, near Swansea, specialising in residential care. The facility is set within extensive, landscaped gardens, providing a serene environment for residents.

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties.
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
