Join us as a Support Worker (Weekends) at Rotherlea, a modern 70‑bed care home located in the picturesque West Sussex market town of Petworth. Pay & Hours
Salary: ÂŁ13.10 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week
Shift times: 12‑hour night shifts every Saturday and Sunday (20:00‑08:00)

Responsibilities
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offering personal care, assisting with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
- Maintaining a safe, happy and caring environment.
