Support Worker (Weekends) at Rotherlea
Shaw Healthcare (Group) Ltd is seeking a passionate and caring Support Worker to join our modern 70‑bed care home in Petworth, West Sussex. You will cover 24 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts every Saturday and Sunday (20:00–08:00).
Pay: £13.10 per hour (base) – 24 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care in line with individual care plans.
- Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing and feeding.
- Record accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Collaborate with the team and support colleagues during day‑to‑day duties.
- Maintain a safe, happy and caring environment.
