Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Danybryn.
Danybryn is a 31‑bed home for residents with physical disabilities aged 18 and over. All rooms are single, ensuite with ceiling‑track hoists. We are situated in Radyr within walking distance of a small area of shops and a hairdresser. The local pub and garden centre are a two‑minute drive away. We have extensive gardens including a disabled‑friendly allotment, a summer house with patio area and beautiful flower beds.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
