Job Responsibilities
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
