Shift Times: 12hr shifts, days (07:45-20:15) or nights (20:00-08:00)
Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at The Martlets, an 80-bedded nursing care home located in East Preston, West Sussex, England.
Job Responsibilities
- As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. This will include, but not limited to:
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
