Shift Times: 07:00-14:00 and 14:00-21:00 (includes alternative weekends)
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Gospel Oak Court. The care facility comprises of 35 self-contained extra care apartments with own kitchen, lounge, bedroom & wet room, for rent to people over 55 years.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
