Night Support Worker at Forest View
Salary: £13.10 per hour
Hours: 48 hrs per week
Shift Times: Night shifts on a 4 weekly rota — 12-hour shifts (20:00–08:00) including alternate weekends

Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our service users. This will include, but not limited to:
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
