Hollybush House in Stourbridge offers a 24‑bed respite and rehabilitation service, providing the highest possible standards of care and support to older people with dementia. Job Responsibilities

  • As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our service users. This will include, but is not limited to:
  • Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing, and hygiene
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities, and incidents
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
