Hollybush House in Stourbridge offers a 24‑bed respite and rehabilitation service, providing the highest possible standards of care and support to older people with dementia. Our philosophy is to see beyond the illness and recognise the wider needs of the individual.
Job Responsibilities
- As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our service users. This will include, but is not limited to:
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities, and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
