Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Assist with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day-to-day duties.
- Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
