Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize rooms including furnishings in assigned work areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry, causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care
- Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families, and colleagues, using good interpersonal and working relationship skills
- Work without direct supervision, on your own initiative
- Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products
- Maintain a high level of hygiene within the home with initiative and autonomy
Qualifications
- No previous experience or qualifications required. Full training, including a leadership programme, will be provided.
