Shaw healthcare is looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant to join the team in Victoria House in Rushden. You will join a team that is fully committed to making a difference to the lives of those who we provide care for.

Main Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize rooms including furnishings in assigned work areas.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care.
  • Communicate and engage effectively with our service users, their families and colleagues. Good interpersonal and working relationship skills are essential.
  • Work without direct supervision.
  • Use a variety of cleaning products paying particular attention to COSHH regulated products.
  • Work on your own initiative and maintain a high level of hygiene within the home.

Salary £13.45 per hour

Working Hours Bank 0hr contract. As/when required.
