Shaw Healthcare (Group) Ltd. is seeking a Bank Team Leader to join the team at Maitland Park in Greater London. In this role, you will lead a residential care team and ensure high standards of care are delivered while building strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with older people and strong communication skills. A QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred, and training will be provided to support your development.
