Shift times: 2x 07:45-20:15 shifts. Includes alternative weekends.
Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Figbury Lodge. Figbury Lodge is a modern, purpose-built care home in Canford Heath, Poole, specialising in dementia and residential care.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
