We are looking for a Bank Domestic Assistant to join our team at Cartref Cleddau. In this role you will support high‑quality care for residents in our domestic team and use the latest care technology to dedicate more time to service users.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize rooms and furnishings in assigned work areas.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness with minimal disruption to service users and their care.
  • Communicate and engage effectively with service users, their families and colleagues; good interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Work independently without direct supervision.
  • Use a variety of cleaning products, paying particular attention to COSHH‑regulated products.
  • Work on your own initiative and maintain a high level of hygiene within the home.

We will provide full training, including a leadership programme that supports your development and progression within Shaw. Previous experience or qualifications in this field are not required – we are happy to train the right person to become an excellent member of our team.
