Part Time Team Leader at Orchard Place role at Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd.
Base pay range
Part time Residential Team Leader – £14.22 – £14.70 per hour
Responsibilities
- Lead a team at Orchard Place in Ledbury to deliver high-quality care in line with service user needs and Shaw healthcare standards.
- Build strong relationships with service users, families, and health care professionals; keep the Line Manager informed of residents’ needs and progress.
- Ensure effective communication, following guidelines and policies; write up care plans and maintain accurate records.
- Be flexible, patient, caring, organised, and effective in working with older people in residential care.
Qualifications
- Experience working with older people in residential care.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Flexible, patient, and caring; well-organised with the ability to follow guidelines.
- Completed or working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
