Overview

Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd is hiring a part-time Support Worker at Sparrowfields in Weoley Castle, West Midlands, United Kingdom. The role focuses on assisting service users with daily living skills, appointments, activities, and medications, delivering compassionate care in line with Shaw healthcare standards.

Base pay range

Part time Support Worker – £12.90 per hour
Working Hours: Part time – 22.5 hours a week
Shifts: 07:15–14:45 and 14:30–22:00. Required to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Provide physical and emotional support to service users
  • Assist with washing, dressing, and promoting independence
  • Support service users with daily living skills, appointments, activities, and medications as required
  • Utilize care technology to enhance time with service users
  • Contribute to delivering the highest standard of care for service users and support their well-being
