Job Responsibilities
- As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users.
- The work will include, but not limited to:
- Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
- No experience required – your values and behaviours matter more than your background.
