Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Residential Night Team Leader for Abbott House in Oundle to maintain high standards of person-centred care and to support the night team.
You will lead by example on shift, administer medications safely, report changes promptly to the Line Manager and keep care plans up to date.
The ideal candidate will have NVQ/QCF Level 3 Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and proven experience with older people in residential or dementia care.
