We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who is compassionate, patient, organised, and has a genuine desire to support older adults in a residential care setting.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and the line manager.
- Ensure residents’ needs, progress and care plans are accurately documented and communicated.
- Write care plans and maintain accurate records.
- Follow guidelines and policies, and work effectively as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and flexibility.
- Completion or progression towards a QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
