The care home's team of experienced and qualified care staff work closely with each resident and their family to create a personalised care plan that meets their specific needs, ensuring they receive the right level of support and assistance.
Job Responsibilities:
- As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users.
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties.
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
