Shift Times: Flexible on 4 weekly rota, 12hr shifts (20:00-08:00) includes alternative weekends
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Hillside Lodge, a modern purpose designed 60 bed care home situated in the beautiful West Sussex village of Pulborough. Hillside Lodge offers a range of services to support residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, including 24-hour nursing care.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
