Salary: £13.10 per hour. Hours: 42hrs per week. Shift Times: 12 hour night shifts on 4 weekly Rota (20:00-08:00) includes alternative weekends.
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Glebe House, a modern, purpose-built care home located in Southbourne, near Chichester. It offers 40 residential places for older people with physical frailty, and for older people living with dementia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users.
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties.
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
