Location: Ashfield Avenue, Raunds, Northamptonshire NN9 6DX

Salary: £13.57 per hour

Hours: Part time – 27 hours a week

Shaw Healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person ready to make a positive impact at Ashfield House – a 40‑bed residential care home for older people who are physically frail and who have dementia. Care can be arranged for long‑term or respite situations. The purpose‑built facility is designed to facilitate high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred care in line with individual care plans.
• Offer personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
• Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
• Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
