Shift Times: 20:00 - 08:00
Week 1 - Friday, Saturday
Week 2 - Tuesday, Thursday

Plas Cae Crwn provides 24-hour care and support to elderly residents with various needs, including residential, respite, and dementia care. The home offers spacious bedrooms with en-suite facilities, all decorated to a high standard and equipped with the latest assistive technology to enhance residents' safety and wellbeing. There are several communal areas, including a comfortable lounge, dining room, and quiet spaces for relaxation and socialisation. The outdoor area features beautifully landscaped gardens with seating areas, where residents can enjoy the fresh air and scenic views.

Job Responsibilities
- As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. This will include, but not limited to:
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual's care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
