Role Overview: Shaw healthcare is looking for a Senior Support Worker to join the team at Plas Cae Crwn. The role involves delivering high standard care to service users, using the latest care technology to support their well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and colleagues, ensuring families and friends feel welcomed, keeping healthcare professionals informed, and reporting to the Line Manager on residents’ needs and progress.
- Follow guidelines and policies, and write care plans as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
- Flexible, patient, caring, organised and strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Completion or working towards a QCF3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
