Shaw Healthcare is looking for an Activities Champion to join the team in Plas Cae Crwn. You will work in a team committed to making a difference to the lives of our service users and deliver the highest standard of care. Responsibilities:
- Formulate an activity profile for each individual service user in liaison with care staff.
- Ensure the safe and proper use of all equipment.
- Maintain accurate and legible records of service users’ activities.
- Liaise with the senior nurse on duty regarding outings.
- Research prospective outings for access and toileting facilities.
- Liaise with senior care assistants for medical or nursing care information regarding service users.
