Shift Times: 07:45am - 20:15pm
Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Wellesley Road. Shaw Healthcare's Wellesley Road service offers a range of care services, including nursing care, dementia care, and end-of-life care.
The care team comprises qualified nurses, healthcare assistants, and support staff who work together to provide person-centred care tailored to each resident's needs. The care team also works closely with residents' families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each resident receives the best possible care.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
