Shaw healthcare is looking for a passionate and caring person who is ready to make a positive impact at Sandalwood Court. Sandalwood Court is a superb modern purpose-built 60 bed care home which opened in August 2007. We encourage residents to establish and maintain close links with their relatives, friends and the local community.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties.
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment.
