Salary: £13.57

Hours: Part time – 33 hours a week (covering 9‑month maternity leave)

Shifts: 07:45am – 20:15pm

Working Pattern: Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday; Week 2 – Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; Week 3 – Monday, Saturday, Sunday; Week 4 – Tuesday, Friday.

Job Responsibilities

  • As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our service users.
  • Providing person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
  • Offering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
  • Maintaining a safe, happy and caring environment.
