The predicted salary is between 11 - 14 £ per hour.

Location: Etnam Street, Leominster, Herefordshire HR6 8AQ

Salary: £12.82 per hour

Hours: Full time and Part time - 24 & 36 hours a week

Shift Times: 20:00pm - 08:00am

Waverley House provides a 47 bed specialist nursing care service for people with dementia and residential care. As well as developing friendships in the home we encourage residents to establish and maintain close links with their relatives, friends and the local community.

Job Responsibilities

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. This will include, but not limited to:

  • Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
  • Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
  • Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
  • Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
