Shaw healthcare is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our Compliance & Governance team. The role focuses on planning, conducting and following up on audits across Shaw healthcare services registered with CQC, CIW, the Care Inspectorate and Healthcare Improvement Scotland.
You will work with Service Managers and Head Office colleagues to ensure robust compliance oversight, identify risks and support services to deliver safe, high-quality care across the UK.
