Shaw healthcare is looking for a Residential Team Leader to join the team at Figbury Lodge in Canford Health, Poole. You will join a team that is fully committed to delivering the highest standard of care to our service users and using the latest care technology to spend more time with them.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals.
- Ensure family and friends feel welcomed and that health care professionals are well‑informed.
- Keep the Line Manager up to speed with residents’ needs and progress.
- Follow guidelines and policies and write up care plans.
- Support staff and maintain a positive team environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with older people in residential care.
- Flexible, patient, caring, organized and people‑focused.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Completed or working towards a QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
